Common questions
Can you replace an old light fixture with a ceiling fan?
Often yes — but only after we confirm the existing box is fan-rated or can be upgraded. If it's not, we install a proper fan-rated box with bracing from above or through the ceiling, depending on access.
My fan wobbles and clicks. Can it be saved?
Usually. We rebalance the blades, retorque the canopy and downrod, and check that the box is still secure. If the motor bearings are failing, we'll recommend replacement instead of throwing good labor at a dying fan.
